Role Overview

The United Arab Emirates has cemented its status as a global fintech epicenter, uniting world-class infrastructure, progressive regulation, and sovereign capital strength. The Chief Fintech Transformation Officer will lead multi-layered digital finance transformations, combining cutting-edge technologies with internationally compliant governance frameworks to accelerate the UAE’s emergence as a premier hub for tokenized capital markets, embedded finance, and AI-powered wealth systems.

This role is not confined to operations; it is a strategic mandate to architect, implement, and institutionalize frameworks that redefine the UAE’s financial ecosystem at an international benchmark scale.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale digital finance transformation programs across banking, asset management, and cross-border settlement systems.

• Design and govern frameworks for CBDC integration, tokenized securities, and blockchain-based trade finance ecosystems.

• Build AI-enabled platforms for predictive risk intelligence, robo-advisory, and wealth-tech personalization.

• Partner with ADGM, DIFC, and sovereign wealth entities to influence national and global fintech policy.

• Spearhead RegTech adoption for real-time compliance automation, AML frameworks, and AI-driven fraud detection.

• Represent the UAE at global forums as a thought leader in fintech transformation.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of leadership in fintech, digital banking, or financial infrastructure transformation.

• Deep expertise in AI in finance, blockchain scalability, and capital markets digitization.

• Track record of implementing global-scale fintech programs.

• Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks (ADGM/DIFC).

• Advanced academic qualifications in Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering.
