The Chief Digital Finance Ecosystem Architect will function not just as a strategist but as a builder of integrated frameworks—fusing emerging technologies with policy, commerce, and capital markets.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the development of national-level digital finance architectures, integrating CBDC interoperability, open banking, and decentralized asset ecosystems.

• Establish tokenization frameworks for real estate, capital markets, and private equity in alignment with global standards.

• Engineer AI-driven financial intelligence layers enabling predictive wealth management, risk forecasting, and real-time decisioning.

• Partner with UAE regulatory institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and financial centers to harmonize fintech governance across multiple verticals.

• Mentor and scale cross-disciplinary innovation labs blending blockchain engineers, economists, AI specialists, and regulatory experts.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in fintech leadership with extensive ecosystem architecture experience.

• Deep expertise in blockchain scalability, AI deployment in banking, and tokenized asset infrastructures.

• Strong familiarity with ADGM/DIFC frameworks and international fintech standards.

• Track record of building global-scale digital finance solutions.

• Advanced qualifications in Finance, Engineering, or Computational Economics.
