Role Summary

Kuwait’s financial transformation increasingly centers on institutional-grade digital wealth frameworks, programmable asset structures, and AI-governed investment intelligence. This role leads the architecture of next-generation wealth technologies designed for cross-border scalability, secure tokenization, and advanced data-driven investment strategies.

Core Responsibilities

Tokenized Wealth Infrastructure

• Develop tokenization architectures for multi-asset portfolios, fractional securities, alternative investments, and digitally governed wealth instruments.

• Build secure custody and key-management frameworks using MPC, automated recovery protocols, and institutional digital-asset segregation.

• Architect compliant issuance and redemption workflows allowing large-scale adoption of tokenized investment products.

AI-Enabled Portfolio Intelligence

• Deploy predictive investment engines using machine learning, scenario modeling, risk-factor decomposition, and volatility forecasting.

• Create reinforcement-learning strategies capable of dynamically optimizing asset allocation under shifting liquidity conditions and macroeconomic signals.

• Implement full explainability layers for all investment models to ensure transparency, governance, and audit-readiness.

Digital Wealth Governance

• Establish regulatory automation pathways including cross-border compliance mapping, digital onboarding intelligence, AI-supported AML scoring, and risk-tier calibration.

• Build secure, high-traceability transaction registries supporting audit ability, valuation integrity, and institutional transparency.

Required Background

• 14+ years in wealth management technology, portfolio systems engineering, tokenization frameworks, or institutional fintech.

• In-depth knowledge of GCC regulatory environments, digital asset governance, and cross-border investment standards.
