Role Summary

The UAE’s rapidly evolving digital-asset regulatory landscape requires a visionary architect capable of building institutional-grade tokenization frameworks, interoperable asset-governance systems, and advanced wealth-intelligence architectures. The role centers on designing multi-layer digital-asset infrastructure scalable across asset classes, jurisdictions, and enterprise risk frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

Tokenization & Digital-Asset Architecture

• Build institutional tokenization models for equities, fixed income, real-world assets, alternative investments, and multi-jurisdictional financial instruments.

• Develop programmable asset-governance protocols enabling automated compliance, lifecycle management, fractional liquidity, and on-chain valuation integrity.

• Establish secure custody frameworks leveraging MPC cryptography, hardware-rooted security enclaves, and automated disaster-recovery governance.

Wealth Intelligence & Portfolio Systems

• Deploy AI-driven portfolio engines supporting dynamic rebalancing, volatility forecasting, global-macro alignment, and cross-market risk scenario modelling.

• Develop multi-asset analytics using deep-learning price projections, liquidity heat maps, correlation matrices, and stress-test simulations.

• Implement transparency modules ensuring full auditability of model decisions, asset movements, and risk-adjusted returns.

Digital Compliance & Risk Governance

• Build regulatory-intelligence systems automating cross-border KYC/KYB checks, AML monitoring, sanctions classification, and institutional reporting pipelines.

• Introduce digital-asset risk-tiering mechanisms for custody, trading, issuance, and distribution oversight.

Ideal Background

• 14+ years in digital-asset engineering, tokenization systems, wealth-tech architecture, or institutional investment technology.

• Strong expertise in cryptographic security, AI-enabled asset intelligence, GCC digital-asset regulations, and global financial-market infrastructures.
