Strategic Mandate
This role is designed for a senior banking-fintech architect responsible for transforming risk, credit, and compliance functions through advanced analytics and intelligent automation. The position focuses on building enterprise-grade risk and credit platforms that integrate real-time data, predictive modeling, and automated decision engines across retail and corporate banking.
The mandate emphasizes accuracy, transparency, and scalability, positioning banking institutions for proactive risk management in complex markets.
Scope of Responsibility

Architect enterprise platforms for credit assessment, transaction monitoring, and risk analytics.

Integrate AI-driven models for predictive risk scoring, portfolio monitoring, and early-warning systems.

Establish governance for model validation, explainability, and audit readiness.

Align risk analytics platforms with core banking systems and digital channels.

Collaborate with senior risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to embed analytics into decision workflows.

Lead specialist teams across data engineering, analytics, and platform governance.
Executive Profile

15+ years in banking risk systems, analytics platforms, or fintech data architecture.

Deep expertise in credit systems, risk modeling, and large-scale financial data platforms.

Proven experience in highly regulated banking environments.

Strong technical authority combined with strategic leadership capability.
Compensation & Executive Package

Base Salary: QAR 80,000 – 105,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 55% of base
