Role Overview

The UAE continues to lead in AI adoption and fintech ecosystem development, driving both domestic innovation and cross-border financial integration. This role calls for a Chief AI & Fintech Systems Architect to design and implement scalable, AI-driven financial infrastructures that reinforce the UAE’s status as a global fintech powerhouse.

The successful candidate will merge artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud-native architectures to create financial systems that are intelligent, adaptive, and globally competitive.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect AI-powered fintech ecosystems, integrating machine learning into risk scoring, wealth advisory, and credit modeling.

• Lead the adoption of decentralized and blockchain-based infrastructures for capital markets, trade finance, and asset management.

• Build cloud-native banking platforms capable of handling multi-currency, cross-border, and tokenized financial products.

• Integrate regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions for compliance automation, anti-money laundering, and digital KYC frameworks.

• Position the UAE as a leader in AI-driven digital banking through policy advisory and global innovation partnerships.

• Mentor cross-functional teams of data scientists, fintech developers, and regulatory experts.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in digital banking architecture, AI systems design, and fintech innovation.

• Strong background in machine learning, blockchain scalability, and RegTech automation.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale fintech transformation programs.

• Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks, ADGM/DIFC digital finance structures.

• Advanced academic and professional credentials in AI, Finance, or Computational Engineering.
