About the Role:
We are searching for a highly skilled Blockchain & Digital Asset Governance Lead to oversee digital asset strategies and blockchain governance frameworks across Qatar and the GCC. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and a thorough understanding of regulatory compliance to manage tokenized assets, decentralized finance platforms, and emerging blockchain initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead governance and operational frameworks for digital assets and blockchain-based financial services.

Design and implement decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and tokenization strategies.

Ensure compliance with QFC, CMA, and other regional financial regulations related to digital assets.

Drive strategic initiatives to integrate blockchain solutions into existing fintech infrastructures.

Evaluate emerging technologies, crypto market dynamics, and token economics for business opportunities.

Collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams to ensure secure and compliant deployments.

Conduct risk assessments, auditing, and monitoring for blockchain-based transactions and smart contracts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Blockchain Technology.

7–12 years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, or decentralized financial systems.

In-depth knowledge of smart contracts, tokenomics, and distributed ledger technologies.

Strong understanding of financial compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.

Proven experience managing blockchain implementation projects or digital asset platforms.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
